Keri Thames - The next match will be contested under these rules... The winner of the match and whomever he does not defeat will advance to XWA Revenge, where they will wrestle for a chance at the Television title!
The Massacre ticketholders all explode in cheers for the upcoming match, many not knowing exacty what the stipulation meant for the match [/color] Keri Thames - The man that is pinned... will leave with nothing. Thames - Introducing first, hailing from New York, New York and weighing in at two-hundred forty-six pounds... Jaaaaaaaaaaack Mercy! Pain - What an Entrance by this relative newcomer! Sanction - I know, amazing wasn't it? Thames - And next, hailing from Los Angeles, California and weighing in at two-hundred twenty pounds... The Magnificent Chriiiiiiiiiiiiis Chaos! Sanction - That was as amazing as the entrance before it! Pain - Best for last? The melodic guitar and sounds or machinations or Butterfly Coma by Machinemade God begin playing throughout the arena, and different lights hued yellow begin flashing throughout. The audience watches as the lights dance over them, and the song progresses into the main guitar riff and the machinations get louder and louder. The lights continue flashing, and the song goes on and on... Umm...Thames - And the final competitor in this match, hailing from Columbus, Ohio, and weighing in at two-hundred seventy-two pounds... Daaaaaaaaan Bennett! Sanction - Hey Pain... Pain - Yeah? Sanction- Where's Bennett? By now, the audience is all looking at the entrance ramp and hollaring a mixed reaction at Bennett... Or rather, where Bennett should be coming out any minute now...
Any minute now...
I swear he's gonna pop out of there at any second...Sanction - I don't see him... Pain - Maybe he's still injured from the bullrope... The music dies down and the lights restore to their original colors. Chris Chaos and Jack Mercy look at each other for a moment, then Chris Chaos shrugs and quickly begins throwing punches in Jack's face. Jack, caught off-guard, is backed into a corner as Chris pounds his face in. Chris backs off and quickly rushes back in to throw a huge right hook and Jack dodges, and the force of the punch whips Chris into the corner, and Jack begins raining blows down on Chris Chaos, lefts and rights one after the other. Keri Thames quickly exits the ring and walks over to the timekeeper, and they can be seen conversing over what to do. After a little bit, The people in attendance hear a sound they always love to hear...DING DING DING!Pain - I guess he's not coming down. I don't know what his problem is! The dinging surprises both competitors in the ring as they both fully expected one of the tougher wrestlers in the business to come down and give both men a run for their money. Jack, however, doesn't let up and after a thorough beating on Chris's face, he pulls him out of the corner and pushes him back into it, and as Chris bounces off the turnbuckles, Jack grabs him around the waist and chucks him with an Overhead Belly to Belly suplex!Sanction - The match is underway and we already have an high impact move from the merciless Mercy! Pain - We really haven't seen much of this guy, it only took him three seconds in the XWA to get himself hurt! Mercy quickly transitions into a pin but Chaos kicks out before Samson even has time to hit the mat. Jack quickly stands up and backs off as Chris holds his back for a second and sits up onto his knees, looking at Jack. Chris gets to his feet and holds onto the ropes, checking his face for any blood, then walking around a little, rubbing his back. Mercy walks the opposite direction, and he and Chris circle each other once. They both stop, putting their hands up and charge at each other, locking proverbial horns and struggling for position. Eventually Jack leans back to push Chris, but Chris notices this and immediately kick as hard as he can into Jack's sternum.Sanction - Ohhhhhh... Look at that kick! Pain - Clever move there by the one known as Magnificent! Jack doubles over, coughing, and Chris takes immediate advantage of this and pulls Jack up into a standing position and pulls his arm back unleashing a chop that echoes through the Massacre arena. Jack winces after the blow and curls his upper body up, backing into a corner. Chris follows him into the corner and pulls him out and to the ropes. Chris pushes Jack ingo them and bounces Jack off of them. Jack, in turn, pulls Chris around and irish whips him instead. Chris runs off the ropes, and Jack throws up a boot aimed at Chris's face, but Chris ducks under it and goes off the other side. Jack turns around and Chris comes charging at him with his arm out, but Jack has that scouted just as well as Chris had before, and ducks under that.Sanction - These two men certainly came prepared! Pain - Yeah, prepared for two OTHER men to fight. Sanction - Yeah, I don't understand. Where's Bennett? Chris rebounds off the original side and this time, Jack has a plan. Jack feigns lifting his boot, and Chaos ducks and in doing so cannot see Jack Mercy drop his center of gravity and hoist Chris in a spinning side slam, planting Chaos on the mat once again! Jack jumps over his opponent and covers him.ONE...
TW-Sanction - Wow... Chris is off his guard, hes not got his usual poise! Chris kicks out, not as quickly as before, and it's clear to Chris that he is getting both irritated and outsmarted in this match. Jack grabs Chris by the back of the head and pulls him up, only for Chris to break the hold and throw a few punches into the mush of Mercy. Mercy is surprised completely by this surge of punches, and once again is backpedaling. He hits the ropes and Chris turns him around and pushes his neck down onto the top rope, choking him with all he can muster as the people give this a mixed reaction.Sanction - That's how you even the odds, Chris! Pain, speak up! Pain - Oh! Right. Sorry, I'm still really curious as to where the third competitor is. But that was a vicious choke there! ONE!!! TWO!!! THREE!!! FOUR!!! FI-Chris lets go before Samson reaches the count of 5, and Mercy crumbles to the mat, gasping and holding his throat. Chris walks around him and kicks him in the back, and Mercy stiffens up a bit from the stinging attack, but still holds his throat. Chris looks out to the audience, a big smirk on his face, and pushes Mercy down onto his back and pins him with one foot, doing a hulk hogan taunt and screaming at the people.Pain - What a dirtbag! That never works! Sanction - Haha, but it sure gets in people's heads don't it? Mercy pushes Chris's foot off of him and rolls out of the ring, catching a breather. Chris stays in the ring, and because of the stipulations of the match, there is no ensuing count from Kirk Samson, although that doesn't stop him from asking Mercy to get back into the ring. Chaos patiently waits for Mercy, jeering at him and appealing to a mixed audience, some cheering for who Chris is and some booing for who he was. Mercy finally decides to roll into the ring and Chris is all over him, stomping and kicking every inch of Mercy that's available to him.[/color] Sanction - Mercy made a BIG mistake coming back in that ring... Pain - He certainly did, and look at Chaos taking full advangate of it! Chris grabs his arm and drags him all the way into the ring and drops an elbow on Mercy's neck, causing Mercy to flail a little bit. Another elbow, and another elbow, and Mercy is clearly losing oxygen as his face turns a shade of red. Chaos pushes Mercy over onto his stomach and gets on top of him, sliding his arm under Mercy's chin and grabbing Jack's neck in a rear naked choke, Chris Chaos laying on top of him as Jack's face turns crimson very quickly and his eyes begin bulging out of his head.Pain - Oh man, look at that TIGHT submission there by the Magnificent one! Sanction - I don't think Jack Mercy has enough to get out of this one! Just give up, Mercy! Jack begins fading quickly and Chris only can think to tighten his grip as Samson checks on Mercy and sees that there is almost no reaction. Kirk grabs a hold of Jacks near arm and drops it, and it hits the mat like a stone. Kirk signals for one to the timekeeper. Kirk raises Jacks hand again, and again, it hits like a rock dropped from the same distance. Kirk looks up again, and signals two to the timekeeper. Kirk grabs Jacks hand once again and raises it and lets go, but the hand doesn't drop to the mat. Instead, it shows some life left within it's owner and begins shaking a bit.Sanction - WHAAAAT? Pain - Careful what you say, Sanction! Here comes Mercy back into the match! Mercy pulls the weight of both himself and Chris Chaos off of the mat and manages to get to his knees, Chris still clinging to his neck with both arms clenched in tightly. Mercy manages to force himself onto his feets and, although shaking, has a base established for himself. Chris lets go of Mercy and starts punching him in the back and then locks it in again, but Mercy reaches back and grabs Chris's legs from behind himself and lifts him up just enough to fall backwards onto Chris, and the impact crushes the wind from the Magnificent one's lungs.Sanction - OH MY GOD! DID YOU SEE THAT?! MERCY HAD ENOUGH TO PICK CHRIS UP AND BLAST HIM! Pain - Mercy is NOT done yet, Sanction! I don't think you give people enough credit! Mercy rolls off of Chris and backs into a corner, pulling himself up, and Chris Chaos manages to recover enough to do the same in the opposite corner. Both men are breathing heavily and staring at each other with rage and hatred for the other, neither one wanting to give an inch towards a loss in any situation. Mercy looks around the ring at the people, and Chris does the same. The people give te exactly what was expected of the people: A mixed reaction. Why? Why a mixed reaction? These men are supposed to be loved! These men are supposed to be feared! Why do these people not love the two warriors?Sanction - Can you believe these people? These men are pounding each other and they can not even cheer for them! Pain - They KNEW what they were getting into! The XWA croud will let you know what they feel no matter what you want them to believe! They both finally look back at each other and charge, full of hatred for each other and neither willing to walk away with a loss tonight, a title shot on the line is great incentive. Both men decide to gather all they can muster and charge at each other, but as both of these two gladiators are about to clash, the lights go out throughout the arena...Pain - This can't be... This happened last Massacre! Sanction - They should really pay their electricity bill... AHEM, anyways, do you think we're gonna see that...thing...again? Acoustic guitar riffs begin as white lights sparcely flash through out the arena. As the song picks up, another guitar begins playing a double note every second, and with every double note, the lights flash on and off, until they begin a sort of stop-motion flashing lamp playing along with Behind the Mask by Anarchy Club. From behind the curtain a man with fully-white facepaint except for two distinct marking over his eyes begins walking toward the ring. The two men in the ring stop their charging and look at the man headed to the ring in utter disbelief. This man is one and the same the man who was seen walking away from the ring during the Rose-DJS fiasco last week!I am Darkness,

I'm all rightPain - Oh dear lord... They should leave that ring RIGHT now... Sanction - Come on now, Pain! Those two men have nothing to fear, do they? Pain - I guess we're about to find out! The two men stand and stare, dumbfounded as to what is going on. The man with the facepaint walks slowly down the ramp, an expressionless look upon his face.Pain - A cold, calculating look on this mysterious man! What is he doing here? Sanction - Who knows, but he obviously has some business with these two men! The man makes it to ringside and walks up the stairs near the entrance ramp. He walks out onto the apron and steps in between the ropes. Both Jack Mercy and Chris Chaos are staring at the man, neither realizing the other still exists. The music dies down and the lights restore themselves to television lighting normality. The man looks at both men and and the two men looks back at him. Suddenly, they both look at each other and then decide that attacking the fresh man in the ring together would be the best idea. At least, for about three seconds they decide that, before Mercy backs off as Chris charges at the man. The man pushes Chris over the ropes and out of the ring rather effortlessly and looks back at Jack Mercy, who still is standing there staring. The man walks towards Mercy.Sanction - What was that!? Pain - Oh wow! He tossed Chris over the top rope like a sack of potatoes! Jack backs up with his hands up, begging for nothing to happen, but the man will have nothing of it. He walks through Mercy's begging and grabs him by the hair seemingly with an iron grip. Jack throws a few punches, but it seems to have almost no effect on the man. Jack Mercy is pulled into the middle of the ring with little resistance, and the man jumps while hilding onto Jack Mercy and the Merciless one's head is brought down quickly into a very disturbing-looking facebuster maneuver causing Jack to jump two feet into the air and land flat on his back! Pain and Sanction- HOLY SH*bleeeep*! Chaos manages to roll back into the ring as the man turns around and sees him coming in. Chris stays on the ropes for a breather as the man stares at him and waits for the man to move. Jack is not moving at all, and a wound has appeared on his forehead, blood crawling down his face. Chris finally decides it's all or nothing and makes one last charge at the man, but that is probably the worst thing he's done all match as the man hoists, spins, and plants Chaos directly on top of Mercy!Sanction - A ringshaking spinebuster, right on top of Mercy! Wait, you don't think that guy is... Pain - I'm not ruling ANYTHING out Sanction, but isn't Bennett still out hurt? I mean, a fractured collarbone is serious stuff! The man looks at the carnage he's caused in the ring, then looks at Kirk Samson, who is scared out his wits and is staying in a corner away from him. He points to Kirk, then points to the men stacked on top of one another in the ring and then turns and walks out of the ring, another sickening smirk on his face as Kirk finally gets the message and hits the mat and begins countingONE!!!!!
Sanction - Wait, what's going-
TWO!!!!!
Pain - Hold on, wha-
THREE!!!!!The bell sounds thrice and the Kirk Samson gets up and walks over to the timekeeper and Keri Thames and they talk for a bit. Samson tells the two his final decision and Keri Thames walks up the nearby stairs and Samson lifts the middle rope for Keri to step under. She steps all the way in and takes a microphone from the timekeeper. She takes a breath and looks into the camera and speaks...Thames - According to Kirk Samson, the two men that will be advancing to the number one contendership match at XWA Revenge are... Dan Bennett!!! And... Pain - Bennett managed to slither through? What?! Sanction - He's a smart guy! He knew something was going to happen, so he stayed back in the back... I guess. Pain - I guess we won't know for sure until he tells us, right? Keri clears her throat and looks around at the people around her. She continues reluctantly on with her announcement.Thames - and... The Magnificent Chris Chaos! Keri quickly scurries out of the ring, Kirk following, as boos rain down upon the ring. Kirk and Keri discuss what and how this occured, and Keri is clearly very confused by how this turned out.Pain - Uhh, how'd that one work? Sanction - AHAHA, Now I see it! Look in the ring, J. Pain! The man that came to the ring stacked Chris on top of Mercy! It was a legal pin! Pain - I don't think that was his agenda, Sanction! He looked like he just wanted to hurt people! Sanction - Well, like it or not, the winner of the match is Chris Chaos! Neither man in the ring has moved yet, and Kirk comes back into the ring and signals for some sort of medical assistance. As the screen fades to commercial, EMTs are seen exiting the backstage area.[/center] |

Well, since only Dan Posted - you have to ask yourself, how could he have lost this match?
See, when you are up against Dan Bennett - It is a wonder if you can do ANYTHING to pull of an upset and beat this guy! That may be the reason for the no show by the others, they were simply scared of fighting one of the premier talents here in the XWA!
